Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using KillerSignals. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Not Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
KillerSignals is a market scanning, analytics, and workflow platform. Nothing on this website, within the application, or communicated by our team constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or legal advice of any kind.
All content - including but not limited to structured trade setups, signal alerts, bot configurations, scanner results, and community-generated strategies - is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not interpret any feature, output, or communication from KillerSignals as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any financial instrument.
No Guarantee of Accuracy or Profit
KillerSignals makes no representation or warranty that any data, signal, setup, or strategy shown on the platform will lead to profitable trades or any specific outcome. Market conditions change rapidly, and past performance is never indicative of future results.
Scanner results, bot backtests, paper-trade simulations, and performance metrics displayed on the platform are based on historical or simulated data. They may contain errors, omit slippage, and do not reflect real-world execution costs, liquidity constraints, or emotional decision-making. Any profit/loss figures shown are illustrative and should not be relied upon for financial planning.
High-Risk Nature of Crypto Derivatives
Trading crypto perpetual futures, leveraged tokens, and other derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Prices can be extremely volatile, and leverage can amplify both gains and losses. You may lose more than your initial margin or entire account balance.
Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. If you do not fully understand how perpetual futures, margin, liquidation, funding rates, or leverage work, you should seek independent education or professional advice before trading.
You Are Solely Responsible for Your Decisions
Every trade, bot deployment, signal actuation, or position you take is your own decision. KillerSignals is a tool, not a decision-maker. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying and validating every setup before entering a trade
- Setting appropriate position sizes and risk limits
- Monitoring open positions, margin levels, and liquidation risks
- Ensuring compliance with your local laws, regulations, and tax obligations
- Maintaining secure access to your exchange accounts and API keys
- Reviewing and understanding any bot or strategy before deploying it
KillerSignals assumes no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, or any other consequence arising from your use of the platform.
Technical Limitations, Downtime & Data Accuracy
While we strive for high uptime and accurate data, KillerSignals does not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time data accuracy, or zero-latency signal delivery.
The platform may experience downtime, data feed delays, algorithmic scanner errors, or third-party API failures. Signals and setups can appear, update, or disappear based on dynamic market conditions. You should always cross-reference critical information with your exchange or primary data source before acting.
Third-Party Exchanges & Services
KillerSignals integrates with or references third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, data providers, and wallet services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their security, uptime, fee structures, or policy changes.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) integrations require you to supply your own exchange API keys. You are responsible for the security, scope, and rotation of those keys. KillerSignals strongly recommends using keys with the minimum required permissions and enabling IP restrictions where available.
No Fully Automated ‘Set-and-Forget’ Claims
Bots, automated strategies, and signal-to-trade workflows on KillerSignals require configuration, monitoring, and ongoing oversight. They are not guaranteed passive income systems or hands-off money machines.
Market regimes shift, exchange rules change, and strategies that worked historically can stop performing without warning. You must actively manage, review, and adjust any automated system you deploy.
Affiliate & Referral Relationships
KillerSignals may participate in affiliate, referral, or partnership programs with exchanges, data providers, or other trading services. Where applicable, we may receive compensation when users sign up or transact through affiliate links.
This does not influence the tools, signals, or content we provide. However, users should be aware that such relationships may exist and conduct their own independent research before engaging with any third-party service linked from our platform.
Jurisdiction & Regulatory Compliance
KillerSignals does not provide services that are regulated as investment advice, portfolio management, or broker-dealer activity in any jurisdiction. We do not hold any financial services license.
It is your responsibility to ensure that using KillerSignals complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit access to crypto derivative trading tools. By using the platform, you represent that such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Google User Data (Google Sign-In)
KillerSignals offers Google Sign-In as an optional authentication method. This section describes how we access, use, store, share, retain, and delete Google user data when you choose to sign in with Google. It applies in addition to the rest of this disclaimer and to our standard authentication flow.
Data Accessed
When you sign in with Google, we request the minimum OAuth scopes required to authenticate you:
- openid - to authenticate you via Google's OpenID Connect.
- userinfo.email - your primary Google account email address and whether it is verified.
- userinfo.profile - your basic Google profile information (name, profile picture URL, locale).
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, YouTube, Photos, or any other Google service data. We do not read, write, send, or delete any content in your Google account.
Data Usage
We use the Google user data described above strictly to:
- Create and authenticate your KillerSignals account.
- Identify you across sessions and link your sign-in to your KillerSignals user profile.
- Pre-fill your display name and avatar inside the KillerSignals application.
- Send essential account, security, and service emails (e.g. password resets, billing receipts, security alerts) to your Google account email.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling for ads, training generalized AI/ML models, or any purpose unrelated to providing the KillerSignals service.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We share the limited Google user data described above only with service providers that are strictly necessary to operate KillerSignals, and only for the purposes listed:
- Authentication & database hosting (Supabase, hosted on AWS) - to store your account record and manage sessions.
- Application hosting / CDN (Cloudflare) - to serve the application and route authenticated requests.
- Transactional email delivery (Resend) - to deliver account, security, and billing emails to your Google email address.
- Payments (Stripe) - only if you subscribe to a paid plan; your email is shared so Stripe can issue receipts and manage your subscription.
These providers act as data processors on our behalf, are bound by their own security and privacy obligations, and are not permitted to use Google user data for their own purposes. We do not share Google user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or AI model training providers.
Data Storage & Protection
Google user data is stored in our managed database (Supabase / PostgreSQL, hosted in secure AWS data centers). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication, and audited. Sensitive credentials such as exchange API keys are additionally encrypted at the application layer using AES-GCM before being written to the database. We never store your Google account password - authentication is delegated to Google via OAuth 2.0.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your Google user data for as long as your KillerSignals account is active. You can revoke KillerSignals' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
You may request deletion of your KillerSignals account and all associated Google user data at any time by emailing support@killersignals.io from the Google email address associated with your account, or by using the in-app account deletion option when available. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your account and associated Google user data from our production systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (e.g. billing/tax records, fraud-prevention logs) to comply with legal obligations. Backups are rotated and overwritten on a rolling basis and fully purged within 90 days.
Limited Use Compliance
KillerSignals' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
